We add your logo and change any photos that you may require in the design. Sample text is provided for your website which you can customise or add your own. The tools and services provided with your site would normally cost you in excess of $10,000 AUD if you were to have them created, with webarena they are standard for all sites.

At the end of the 12 month period you continue to pay a monthly hosting fee to keep your site active. This is standard with all hosting services.
Yes. webarena has a simple but powerful content management system which allows you to maintain your website online from anywhere in the world. The interface is intuitive and resembles those functions found in most web editing packages. If you are familiar with Microsoft Word then you will have no problems with the webarena CMS.
Yes. Our highly qualified staff can perform the updates for you for a standrd hourly fee. These fees are always quoted upfront for you to approve prior to any work being performed.
No. The images we use on your website are not owned by you. They can not be used or re-used for any purpose. The images can only be used as they were placed onto your website by us. If you are looking to own the images on your website or use them for another purpose then please contact us and we will endeavor to put you in contact with the image rights owner. This of course, does not apply to images that you own and provide to us for use on your website. All designs are sourced from a third party supplier. They are NOT offered as unique designs and the client understands that these designs can be chosen and utilised by other clients.
No. The backend of the webarena system is very powerful and completely integrated with our hosting facility. This allows us to offer you outstanding features as standard, which are commonly only available with high cost custom websites.
Yes. Included within every webarena package is an intial 2 hours of customisation by our qualified staff. This is where we discuss with you your requirements and upload any images or logos that you require to be changed within the structure of the existing design.
Yes. However with the level of flexibility available with the webarena system no two sites are ever identical as you can change your logo, images, colours etc. creating something uniquely your own.
Webarena will always be developing new functions as add-ons to your webarena site. Very soon we will be making available a shopping cart facility that integrates with your webarena site, allowing you to conduct e-commerce from your webarena site.
There are hundreds of designs to choose from and we are adding to this on a daily basis. Our designs are produced in-house and also sourced from various third party suppliers so you will always be able to find something to suit your needs.
Included with your package is 1 hour of training, should you require any further training or support, we can arrange this on a fee basis. The webarena system is extremely intuitive and easy to learn, we also provide a heap of support resources via email, telephone or online tutorials and documentation.
